When I was a teenager, my parents didn’t like me taking medication because they felt that it could affect their children’s health. As a result, my grandparents took over for my mother and father to get rid of the medicine cabinet (the medicine cabinet wasn’t safe for us, so we had to go separate ways). They set up a separate bedroom for my younger brother and me. I also grew stronger with each step towards independence and eventually stopped any sort of medication they prescribed for me. My older sister who was born later on in life became addicted to morphine and went into pain-relieving drug abuse as well. Unfortunately, she died from overdose during treatment. However, she left behind four beautiful babies that were given birth prematurely and have lived full lives. It is amazing to know that we are now living in the modern era where people should not take drugs or alcohol by themselves. In addition, the world around them is very dangerous and having no form of substance can be extremely dangerous when someone uses it for self-medication. If something goes wrong with an individual or if a person dies because of it, it doesn’t mean that he/she should stop using drugs completely. The same thing applies to alcohol and drugs, it shouldn’t be seen as a problem just because somebody has a high blood pressure or some other medical issue. That is something that needs to be addressed and will continue to change but if an individual is going to stop drinking or taking drugs, there is a better way to do it than taking it yourself.

Meditation with pets is one activity that is very beneficial as it allows people and pet owners to connect and they can share experiences and thoughts. A good friend of mine used to keep a dog in his room while he slept. One of his dogs was a German shepherd called Maxx that loved dogs and he spent countless hours playing with Maxx and thinking about his dog as he slept next to Maxx. Every night for several weeks he would run away and play with Maxx and play with Maxx’s feelings. One day Maxx decided that there was no fun in being on the couch watching television and he jumped off the sofa and ran to an area nearby where Maxx belonged and played with him as he did with Maxx. After that night Maxx slept peacefully next to Maxx but when Maxx had a dream, Maxx jumped and danced in front of the television pretending to wake his owner. Maxx was very amused and talked with Maxx in his dreams and everyone was amazed. At that moment, Maxx finally understood that his owner was thinking more that he wanted Maxx to experience his dog playing. From that point onwards, Maxx’s owner started sleeping with Maxx to calm him and it worked because Maxx was too busy enjoying his pet dog and in the morning Maxx slept peacefully near Maxx. So, when Maxx would sleep next to Maxx, Maxx gave Maxx his favorite toy and Maxx would sleep happily next to Maxx.

Meditation and dogs are two unique things. Some people think that meditation is a simple exercise that can be performed anywhere. Well, meditation with dogs or meditation with dogs is the opposite. The dog meditates in front of the door of house and he takes his owners and sit next to them. He does this because of the connection he has with dogs. Whenever people come into the house, the dog meditates in front of the door of the house so that he knows that his owner will be there as well. But the dog doesn’t close his eyes and he continues to sit and meditate in every single part of the house. A dog is different as compared to human beings that can use technology or social media to socialize. Unlike human beings, the dog can’t use phones, cameras, watch tv like we do and he likes walking and running around in complete circles. What a lot of people don’t realize is that a dog is still a human and a little bit crazy. The dog will always look for his owners and is always looking for them. The dog even dances around before he sleeps and even wakes the dogs and he is just like a normal dog but he is aware and conscious of his surroundings. This is what makes a dog stand still and meditates in front of his owner or a person he loves. Before he closes his eyes, he meditates with the sound of birds chirping. When he closes them, he comes to his feet and starts walking again. Once his owner leaves the house, the dog jumps in the air and plays around with it as he does
